Packaging Solutions
Timber
Timber is one of our most-used materials in packaging solutions, as it strengthens your packaging products, and is able to hold larger weights than other materials. We often manufacture pallets, hit-and-miss crates, and close boarded cases using timber, but it is also often used alongside plywood and corrugated materials.
Plywood
Plywood is a great option if you’re needing lightweight but stable packaging, which can be used to manufacture cases, or case inserts such as dividers and cradles. We find that plywood may be a better option when air-freighting goods overseas, as it’s lightweight can help to keep shipping costs down.
Corrugated
We manufacture corrugated packaging in-house, ranging from lightweight single wall to heavy-duty triple wall, which can be either made to FEFCO specifications, or custom-designed to your needs.
We are well known for our premium quality wraparounds, which feature a corrugated wrap, with timber framework. These are an excellent alternative when aiming to minimise weight on your shipping.
Solid Board
Solid board material is ideal for smaller cartons in various styles, and can hold relatively heavy loads, however is best suited for packaging smaller components. This material has been a long-preferred choice for the Ministry of Defence, due to its high quality and eco-friendly nature, and is becoming increasingly popular for customers.
Export Packing
This service gives our customers peace of mind when it comes to shipping overseas. We create custom bracing and bolting to secure your components and make sure they can withstand any movement during transit, ensuring a safe arrival to your buyer.
Our export packing facility offers flexible services for small shipments to large-scale projects, with the added benefit of a 10-tonne overhead gantry crane to handle your goods. If you would prefer, our team can complete the packing at your facility.
Defence Packing
Our manufacturing and packing services are trusted by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and are designed to ensure every shipment is protected and compliant with all regulations. As an MPAS certified company, we uphold the highest standards of packing and security, ensuring that all goods are securely packed and transported in accordance with government and military specifications.
